LOTECO Industrial Park Receives Certificate of Merit for Contributions to the Recovery of Dong Nai Province, Vietnam

On March 31, 2023 Long Binh Industrial Zone Development Co., Ltd. (LOTECO), the developer, operator, and manager of LOTECO Industrial Park in Dong Nai Province, southern Vietnam, was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee in recognition of its significant contributions to the province’s economic recovery.

This year, a total of 12 companies received the Certificate of Merit. Among them were Vietnam Suzuki, DongJin Textile Vina (a South Korean garment manufacturer), and ON Semiconductor Vietnam (a U.S.-based semiconductor manufacturer), all of which are tenants of LOTECO Industrial Park. As the developer and operator of the industrial park, LOTECO was highly recognized for its contributions to the local community in Dong Nai Province. These include successfully attracting foreign investment (currently hosting 50 investors), providing comprehensive support for tenants’ manufacturing operations, and maintaining an efficient and reliable industrial park management system.

Through the stable provision of essential infrastructure services, including electricity and water supply, as well as high-quality support services, LOTECO will continue to facilitate the manufacturing activities of its tenants while creating employment opportunities for the local community. Looking ahead, the company will further implement and expand carbon emission reduction initiatives that create greater added value within the industrial park, including promoting the installation of rooftop solar power systems.

NIn addition, the Industrial Energy and Infrastructure Department, the division overseeing LOTECO, will continue leveraging its expertise in customer acquisition, operational management, and value-added solutions to develop essential infrastructure that addresses customers’ needs and social challenges through the development of new industrial parks, thereby contributing to Vietnam’s sustainable economic growth.

LOTECO Industrial Park has been in operation for 27 years and is currently fully occupied. The company’s primary sources of revenue are utility services, including electricity and water supply, as well as factory leasing.
